Advanced Research with Roots in the Community〜The future of the region will be changed by curiosity and a sense of mission.
While the Tohoku region is rich in natural beauty, it is also a region of declining industry due to depopulation, health and medical problems, energy problems, and other issues. From a different perspective, the seeds of "research that begins with curiosity," which seeks to elucidate the wonders around us, and "research that begins with a sense of mission," which aspires to solve the world's problems, are falling. Through this conference, where young researchers will gather, we will create the future of this rich region.
Tohoku Conference Leader Sachie Momokegi

Why Fukushima Prefecture?Since fiscal year 2018, Rivanes has been working with the Fukushima Prefecture "Leading Entrepreneur Creation ProjectThe "MEXT" has been adopted to support university students, young entrepreneurs, and researchers who will change the world from Fukushima Prefecture. We will support junior high and high school students, who will be the foundation for the future, mainly in Fukushima Prefecture, thereby turning the cycle of education support, human resource development support, research support, and business start-up support through research activities.
