[Preliminary Report] December 21 and 22 (Saturday and Sunday) Science Castle 2019 Kanto Conference was held!

【速報】12月21日、22日(土、日) サイエンスキャッスル2019関東大会を開催しました!

The Science Castle 2019 Kanto Conference was held on December 21 and 22, 2019 at Musashino University Junior & Senior High School (1-1-20 Shinmachi, Nishi-Tokyo, Tokyo, 202-8585). A total of 1163 participants, 681 on Day 1 and 482 on Day 2, excluding staff, attended.

In addition, as a new development starting in FY2020, the Science Castle will be divided into the Science Castle, where research to uncover nature based on curiosity is gathered, and the Technology Island, where research to create a better society based on a sense of issues is gathered, and research by junior and senior high school students will be accelerated within the framework of each. This year, as a pre-competition of the Technology Island, the Kanto Conference held a poster review and awards ceremony on December 22 from the viewpoint of problem-solving.
