Hop into space

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announced that the space shuttle Discovery (STS-128) was launched to the International Space Station at 23:59 U.S. Eastern Daylight Time on August 28 (12:59 p.m. Japan time on August 29).

As the only company selected for the second Kibo paid use, RIVANES is conducting the "Second Space Education Project," a program to launch hop seeds produced in Hokkaido and use them for educational programs and nutrition education activities.
