<What to prepare

Sodium alginate 1g
100 mL colored water (coloring with food coloring is recommended)
Water 100mL
Calcium lactate 1g
Spoon (the rounder the spoon, the cleaner the sphere)
Split Chopsticks

<1>

Mix 1 g of sodium alginate in 100 mL of colored water. Since the mixture will not mix normally, you can buy an electric cappuccino mixer at a 100 yen store and mix it (or dissolve it while warming it).
Next, water 1Mix 1 g of calcium lactate in 00 mL. This one dissolves quickly when mixed with disposable chopsticks.

Two solutionsis ready, add the sodium alginate solution, which is colored water, to the calcium lactate solution. Be careful not to reverse the process. Gently insert the solution into the calcium lactate solution with a spoon to make a round ball.

<3>

If you take it out immediately, the membrane (calcium alginate) formed at the border will break, so wait about 1 minute before removing it with a disposable chopstick.
Giant salmon roe is produced.

<4>

If you use a syringe or something similar to drip it down, it turns into small grains, or if you use a large ladle to make a large amount and put it in, you can make a big slime-like pudding object.
