We are pleased to announce a change in the format of Science Castle 2020, which will be held on Sunday, December 20, 2020.

From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of novel coronavirus infection, we are pleased to announce that,It has been decided to hold the event in the following format

Oral presentations and judging: Hybrid on-site/online presentation + online delivery
Poster presentations and judging, session planning: held online

*If your school or municipality cannot make it to the venue for an oral presentation, please contact the secretariat as soon as possible.

<Oral Presentations and Judging
Format: Oral presentation teams and judges will participate on-site or online (YouTube Live)
Date: 12/20 (Sun.) for both tournaments
Location: Yokohama Soei Junior & Senior High School (tentative) for the Kanto Tournament and Osaka Meisei Gakuen Junior & Senior High School (tentative) for the Kansai Tournament
*We will conduct the event in a room with a capacity of 500 seats, with ventilation and with less than half of the capacity.
Depending on the number of on-site participants, some of the presenting schools may be asked to view the distribution in a separate room outside of their own presentation time.

Poster presentations and booth exhibits will be made using the web tool "oVice".
