Entry Conditions
Students of junior high schools, high schools, and technical colleges (up to the third grade),
and persons of equivalent age
Both group and individual entries are possible.
Entry in two or more competitions on the same theme is also possible.

September 27, 2021 (Monday) - October 31, 2021 (Sunday)
