Therefore, those who wish to observe the event are requested to apply for a ticket on the day of the event and attend.

To enter the venue,You will need the QR code issued when you register. Please make sure to go through the reception desk when you come to the venue to complete the procedures.

For those of you who are unable to attend the event on the day of the event, we will be streaming a video of the Main Hall online. If you would like to receive this service, please apply for a ticket below.

Tokyu Denentoshi Line (direct connection to Hanzomon Line) 7-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station

Access by bus
From Shibuya Station, take the train bound for the following areas and get off at Showa Women's University (Uemachi, Todoroki, Denenchofu, Genmaki Office, Futakotamagawa, Takatsu Office, Seijogakuen, Soshitani Okura, Komae, Chofu)
From Meguro Station or Yutenji Station, take the train bound for Sangenjaya.
From Shimokitazawa Station, take the train bound for Komazawa overpass and get off at Sangenjaya.

Reception will be in the "Green HallThe venue is located in the Green Hall. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from the Green Hall, where the registration desk is located, to the poster session rooms, etc. Please arrive well in advance of the start time of your project.
