On December 19, 2021, the Science Castle 2021 Kanto Conference was held at Showa Junior and Senior High School attached to Showa Women's University. There were 136 poster presentations and 12 oral presentations. All programs, including poster presentations, were conducted on-site at this year's Science Castle while taking measures against infectious diseases. In addition, a total of 13 institutions from companies and universities participated as partners.

In addition, a total of 32 researchers, including graduate students, PhD students, and working professionals, participated as research advisors to participate in discussions with presenters at poster presentations.
