Important】Change to Online Poster Presentations for the Kyushu and Tohoku Conferences in March
2022.03.13Due to the rapid spread of the new coronavirus throughout Japan, we have decided to reduce the size of the two congresses held in March (Kyushu and Tohoku congresses) after consulting with the parties concerned at each congress.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to presenters, other prospective participants, and partner organizations, as it comes just before the conference is to be held.
<Changes due to downsizing As of March 13, 2022
Change of Poster Presentation Format
We have decided to change the poster presentations at the Kyushu and Tohoku congresses to online short presentations.
Change of time schedule
The time schedule of the conference itself will be drastically changed, and oral presentations, sessions, and special lectures will be delivered online from the site.
Visitor Restrictions
Poster presenters and visitors will not be allowed on site.
There is no limit to the number of participants for online participation.
A link to the distribution on the day of the event will be sent to those who have registered for a ticket to attend.
