[For Graduate Students and Postdocs] Science Castle Japan 2025 Call for Poster Presentation Judges! Would you like to support your future research colleagues?

We are pleased to announce that the conference for middle and high school students will be held on March 22, 2025Science Castle Japan 2025(Location: Suita City, Osaka Prefecture) is now accepting applications for poster judges.

In past years, many master's and doctoral students have participated, not only contributing to the development of the next generation, but also using the program as an opportunity to gain educational experience and to reflect on their own research.
The field of research of the person conducting the review is not required.
Would you like to push your future research colleagues together through poster judging?

Poster Jury Application Form

Date, time and meetingscene (of a play, movie, etc.)	Date: Saturday, March 22, 2025, 9:30-18:00 Venue: Kansai University, Senriyama Campus (3-3-35 Yamate-cho, Suita City, Osaka, Japan)
Activities	Judging of the poster presentations to be reviewed Selection of Best Poster and Best Poster Awards
Subject to review	80 Poster abstracts presented by individuals or teams aged 10 years and older, but under 22 years of age *Poster judges will be asked to share the responsibility of judging the posters.
Application Requirements	Must be enrolled in a master's program or have a master's degree, or be enrolled in a doctoral program or have a doctoral degree
Number of applicants	About 20 persons (in case of a large number of applications, a selection will be made)
Compensation and transportation	10,000 yen flat fee for outsourcing *Transportation expenses to the venue on the day of the event shall be included in the above compensation.
Steps to Attend the Conference	1 Register by clicking on the "Poster Jury Application Form" button. 2 Participate in an online pre-briefing session. *Applicants will be contacted. 3 Poster Jury Adoption Contact. 4 Submission of a Letter of Acceptance. 5 Participation in conferences.
