The deadline for submission of abstracts for review was September 30 for the Kanto and Kansai congresses, and October 11 for the Kyushu and Tohoku congresses.

Kanto and Kansai Races]
The number of entries for the Kanto and Kansai congresses exceeded the limit of 120 poster abstracts. As a result of the screening process, there will be some abstracts that cannot be accepted for presentation on the day of the conference, and we will notify you by the end of October whether your presentation will be accepted or not.
Please understand that the maximum limit will be set due to the facilities.

All competitions
On November 15, we will informally announce each of the 12 proposals that will be eligible for oral presentation.
External announcements will be made on December 1.
