Since its establishment, LIVERNESS Corporation (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Yukihiro Maru) has been creating opportunities for children, who will lead the next generation, to engage in research activities and scientific experiments.Education Support ProjectIn 2012, in response to the lack of opportunities for junior and senior high school students to present their research at conferences, we launched a new conference for junior and senior high school students calledScience CastleThe Science Castle has now grown and expanded to a scale of approximately 2,000 participants in four regions in Japan and two countries overseas. We are pleased to introduce 12 companies and 12 universities that will participate in the 2019 Science Castle as partners.

　At the Science Castle, to be held in December 2019 in four regions across the country, researchers from partner companies and universities will serve as judges for the 12 selected oral presentations and 60 selected poster presentations, respectively, to review and provide feedback on their research. In addition, this year, we are planning a number of cutting-edge research sessions, career sessions, hands-on experiences and booth exhibits offered by our partners to provide an opportunity for middle and high school students to develop their research even further than in previous years.
