What kind of world opens up to you when you work across borders through your research?

At Science Castle 2024 Osaka-Kansai, a special session will include a panel discussion with overseas researchers working for Rohto, the Malaysian team that won the Rohto Prize at the Science Castle Asia Congress in October 2024, and members of the "The next generation, the world's first institute to tackle world-changing research " A panel discussion will be held with members of the ADvance Lab. Chalong Yin Paisan Phra Passorn (Yong)
After graduating from high school in Thailand, he enrolled in a Japanese language school in Japan, then studied for entrance exams and entered a Japanese university and graduate school. At graduate school, he studied developmental biology and molecular biology. Currently, he is in charge of non-clinical research on cell therapy at Rohto Pharmaceutical Co. Currently, he is engaged in research at the Regenerative Medicine Research & Planning Division /Cell Function Group at Rohto Pharmaceutical Co.

Ayana Oshiro
At the age of 15, he developed a new biodegradable plastic material derived from Bacillus subtilis natto and presented it at a science fair held in Thailand, and at the age of 16, he collaborated with an overseas student on the construction of a mathematical model for the spread of infectious diseases. In the summer of his 20th year, he participated in a WHO (World Health Organization) educational project on global climate change and people's psychological state.Together with Liberace, he founded ADvance Lab and currently serves as its director.
