From lotus leaves to yogurt lids, from kingfishers to bullet trains... There are many products around us that are useful to society by utilizing the shapes and characteristics of living creatures. In this workshop, teams of participants will work with bioengineering researchers involved in iki-monozukuri to come up with new products created from the characteristics of living creatures. Let's give shape to our own plans!

The project will be conducted by a team of junior and senior high school student researchers who will discuss and come up with new product ideas based on a bio perspective (characteristics of living creatures).
