D. in Science.He is mainly engaged in creating new research projects between industry and young researchers, including the launch of the "REVANES Research Fund" for young researchers under 40 years old. In addition, he continues to organize "super interdisciplinary conferences," where the knowledge, technology, and passion for problem solving of individuals from elementary, junior high, and high school students, university students, teachers, companies, and local factories are combined to generate new knowledge and seeds for research and development.

Mikio Tsuzuki 
Representative Director, Japan Advanced Science and Technology Education and Human Resources Research and Development Organization
 Representative Director of Japan Advanced Science and Technology Education and Human Resources Development Organization (JASTO). Professor Emeritus of Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences. Specializes in plant physiology. In particular, photosynthesis of microalgae. He is conducting research on the development and social implementation of technology to fix carbon dioxide emitted into or from the atmosphere, which is considered a cause of global warming, and to reuse it as an organic substance (CCU). His publications include "Fundamentals of Modern Life Science" (Kyoiku Shuppan, editor) and "Understanding Life Science" (Gijutsu Hyoronsha, co-authored with Dr. Yoshihisa Kudo).

Hitoshi Tomi 
Professor, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Keio University
D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Tohoku University Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. D. in Pharmacy from Tohoku University. He specializes in pharmacology and pharmacokinetics. His research aims to clarify the movement of drugs in the body and to improve efficacy and safety by controlling their movement. In particular, his goal is to improve the safety of drug therapy for pregnant women by clarifying drug transfer to the fetus via the placenta.

Dai Hirashima <Judge on 23rd
Professor, Natural Science Department, College of Liberal Arts, International Christian University, Head of Natural Science Department
D. in Physics from the University of Tokyo. After working at the University of Tsukuba and Nagoya University, he joined ICU in 2012. He specializes in theoretical studies of condensed matter physics (magnetic materials, superconductivity, etc.).

Tsuyoshi Mizoguchi <Judge on 24th
Professor of Natural Science Departament, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, International Christian University Director, Research Strategy Support Center
D. in Biology from the Graduate School of Biological Sciences, University of Tsukuba. After completing his graduate studies, he worked as a researcher at RIKEN and as an associate professor at the University of Tsukuba before assuming his current position. He specializes in molecular biology, molecular genetics, and chronobiology of plants. He is also in charge of the work of the Ministry of Education and the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), including Senior Science and Technology Policy Fellow of the Cabinet Office, Government of Japan.

Kazuo Shinozaki
Professor Emeritus, Tokyo Institute of Technology (Formerly, School of Materials Science and Engineering) Coordinator, Admissions Division, Tokyo Institute of Technology Doctor of Engineering
D. from Tokyo Institute of Technology, worked at Toshiba Research Laboratories, Inc. as an assistant, assistant professor, and professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology, and retired in March 2018. He retired in March 2018. Specializes in materials engineering, especially in the application of ceramics and their thin films to electrical and electronic fields. He is a former vice president of the Ceramic Society of Japan. He served as Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President of the University, Deputy Director of the Student Support Center/Education Innovation Center, Director of the Division of Student Support, Director of the Division of Barrier-Free Support, and others. Enjoys having fun with energetic students.

Shinichiro Takahashi
Professor, Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences, The University of Tokyo
 Professor, Laboratory of Animal Cell Regulation, Department of Applied Animal Science, Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences, The University of Tokyo After obtaining a doctorate in agriculture from the Graduate School of Agricultural Science, The University of Tokyo, he worked as a research assistant at the Faculty of Agriculture, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. He was then a visiting researcher at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in the United States. After returning to the University of Tokyo as an assistant professor in the Department of Agricultural Chemistry, he moved to the Department of Applied Animal Science, Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences, where he has been an associate professor, professor, and now professor. His research focuses on insulin-like activity expressed by insulin and insulin-like growth factors, and aims to elucidate the mechanism by which the lifelong health of animals is maintained in response to changes in the external environment, and to develop methods to prevent and treat this abnormality, as well as to utilize this mechanism.

Masaru Minagawa
Vice President (Education), Director of Educational Development Organization, Professor, Department of Urban Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo City University
D. in Civil Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Musashi Institute of Technology, and a Professional Engineer (Construction). He specializes in construction management, construction information management, and engineer ethics. He is currently a member of the BIM/CIM Promotion Committee of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and a member of the Executive Committee of the National Council for Infrastructure Maintenance.

Please note that oral presenters will also have a booth for poster presentations on the day of the conference. Although there will be no presentations for poster judges, please prepare your posters as this will be an opportunity for discussion with many visitors.
